Normal business transactions
inevitably require an occasional return of merchandise for exchange or
credit. To return
merchandise, or to return an instrument for service (whether or not under
warranty), first contact our sales department to inform them that you wish
to return an item. Upon
authorization, we will issue a return identification number and provide
you with the details you need for preparing, shipping and documenting the
return goods.
To obtain a refund or
replacement, it is our policy that a return authorization be obtained from
our sales department within 30 days from the date of original shipment.
All film and chemicals must be
returned in their original unopened containers.
Products which have been used or defaced may not be returned.
Return merchandise must be properly repackaged, along with all
accessories, certifications and documentation, and marked with the return
identification number. All
freight charges and any customs clearance charges, duties and any other
related charges associated with return merchandise are the responsibility
of the customer unless prior authorization is obtained and other
arrangements are made. Return
shipments must be made in a timely manner and received by us within a
reasonable period after the issuance of a return authorization.
Any request for exchange or
credit for merchandise received after 30 days from date of the original
shipment will be granted at the sole discretion of Sullins International,
Inc.
